All payments made for subscription plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

We process all service payments in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will handle the conversion into your local money. They usually apply their own exchange rates and extra fees during this process. We do not manage these added costs. Any foreign transaction fees or conversion differences come directly from your payment provider.
