In case you choose not to agree with our Terms of Service, you may not use the platform.
The following terms will work as a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “Customer”, or “You”) and SupportSuite247 for the continued use of the tool.
2. Definitions
For providing you with complete clarity, we are going to lay out these terms clearly:

- “Subscription Plan” refers to paid or free service tiers.

- Ticket management

- Screen sharing
- Analytics & reporting
- Visitor tracking
- Team collaboration tools
Our platform is carefully designed with sophistication to assist businesses in managing their day-to-day customer interactions, automating workflows, and improving overall support operations.
Beta Features
Certain features within the Platform may be marked as beta, preview, or experimental. These features are provided “as-is” and may change, contain bugs, or be discontinued without notice.
4. User Accounts
When you sign up at SupportSuite247, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality.
- Securing login credentials.
- All activities conducted under your account.
Under this Terms of Service contract, you agree that you will provide us with complete and accurate information during the registration process and while engaging with the tool and services.
We have the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account in case you provide us with false information or violate any of the set Terms for account information.
5. Subscription & Billing
At SupportSuite247, we offer three plans:
- Free Plan
- Standard Plan
- Business Plan
If you’re running any of the paid subscriptions with us, you will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee using your chosen payment method. Failure to complete payment can result in:
- Feature limitations.
- Account suspension.
- Service termination.
If you want to add additional agents to your toolset, or if your usage extends beyond the plan limits, it may incur extra charges based on usage or pricing tiers communicated at the time.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If there are any additional taxes that your jurisdiction applies, you are responsible for paying them.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.
Trial Expiration
At the end of any free trial period, access to certain premium features may be restricted, and data limit policies may apply unless the user upgrades to an active paid subscription plan.
Data Retention
Based on the subscription plan you choose, we have a strict policy for data retention included in our Terms & Services. You can also check data retention laws on our Privacy Policy page.
- Free Trial Accounts: Include up to 1 month of data retention for chats, tickets, uploaded files, and visitor activity. Once the retention period is complete and your account expires, SupportSuite247 is not responsible for any stored data on the website from Free Trial Accounts.
- Paid Accounts: If you have a paid account with SupportSuite247, the retention period is extended with premium data retention capabilities.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made for subscription plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If you believe you were charged wrongly by SupportSuite247, you have the right to contact our support team for review. Any approved refund will be issued at our discretion. Turn-around-time can take a designated number of business days to process which you can discuss with our teams.
7. Acceptable Use & Restricted Usage
When you agree to our Terms of Services, you agree NOT to:
- use the platform for illegal activities
- send spam, phishing content, or malicious messages
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- abuse APIs, automation tools, or rate limits
- interfere with platform performance or stability
- upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
The platform may not be used in connection with any restricted or abusive activities. This includes harassment, hate speech, scams, adult exploitation, malware distribution, or deceptive AI practices.
If you misuse the tool in any way, we hold the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action. This may include suspension or legal reporting against you.
8. AI Features
The responses generated by the AI chatbot, such as AI-generated suggestions, AI-generated responses, or any other type of automated outputs, may not always be accurate or correct.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated responses.
- Verifying accuracy before use.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
SupportSuite247 does not take any responsibility or guarantee the accuracy and reliability of any AI outputs generated by your designed themes for any specific purposes.
SupportSuite247 is just a medium providing you the platform to access an AI-powered chatbot for live chat support; the campaigns you design within the dashboard are solely your own.
9. Customer Data, Privacy & Compliance
Your use of SupportSuite247 is governed by our data and privacy terms, under which we process customer data to:
- Provide services.
- Improve platform functionality.
- Maintain system security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
When it comes to managing private information, we are legally bound not to sell any personal or customer data following strict security rules, practices, and set regulations.
Customer Data Ownership
Users retain full ownership of all Customer Data submitted through the platform. SupportSuite247 does not claim ownership of customer conversations, uploaded files, or business data.
License to Process Data
Users grant SupportSuite247 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and transmit Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the services.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal and operational information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or user consent where applicable.
Account Deletion Requests
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@supportsuite247.com. Certain operational information or logs may be retained as required by law or ongoing business necessity.
Analytics & Tracking
We utilize diagnostic, cookies, and behavioral tracking analytics (such as Google Analytics or similar infrastructure platforms) to monitor system performance and improve platform experiences.

10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, UI elements, software, and technologies belong to SupportSuite247 and Odd Technologies. You may not:

- resell or distribute the software
- reverse engineer system components
- modify or create derivative works
- use branding without written permission
All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved.
11. Confidentiality
SupportSuite247 will take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect confidential customer information and will not intentionally disclose private business data except as required by law.
12. Service Availability & SLA Disclaimer
Our goal is to provide our customers with a reliable and continuous service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability because temporary downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- System updates.
- Security improvements.
- Third-party service disruptions.
We are not liable for any disruption caused by such events.
No Guaranteed Response Times (SLA Disclaimer)
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing through a separate Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA), SupportSuite247 does not guarantee specific platform uptime levels, direct support response times, or live representative availability.
13. Security
As far as security is concerned, we implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data and maintain maximum system integrity. These include:
- Encrypted communication (SSL/TLS).
- Access controls.
- Authentication protections.
- Monitoring systems.
- Infrastructure safeguards to protect the underlying networks.
While we apply these measures to secure our infrastructure and prevent unauthorized access, you acknowledge that no platform can be completely secure.
14. Third-Party Services
SupportSuite247 is integrated with different third-party services, including but not limited to payment gateways, analytics tools, or communication APIs.
We are
NOT responsible for:
- Third-party service availability.
- Third-party data practices.
- Losses caused by third-party tools.
If there is any use of external services, they are all governed under their own terms and conditions.
15. Limitation of Liability
SupportSuite247 does not hold itself accountable or liable for any:
- Indirect or incidental damages.
- Loss of revenue or profits.
- Business interruption.
- Data loss.
- Service delays.
The incorrect use of the platform falls under your own risk. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.
16. Force Majeure
SupportSuite247 shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic events, internet routing failures, utility outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
17. Compliance with Laws
Users agree not to access or use the platform in violation of any applicable export controls, domestic or international sanctions laws, or regional regulations.
18. Account Termination
SupportSuite247 holds the right to suspend or terminate accounts on the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Misuse of platform features.
- Creation of security risks.
- Engagement in fraudulent activity.
As a user, you can cancel any of your subscriptions at any time. Once the account is terminated, access to services may become restricted and all privileges will ultimately be removed.
19. Changes to Terms
We have the right to update these terms at any time.
At SupportSuite247, we make sure the updates are posted on the website with a revised and effective date. The continuation of the platform use after acceptance shows acceptance of revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state and applicable internationally under SaaS regulations. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
